Returns and Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 Days of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

  • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@nkautomotive.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 days for the refund to show up on your account.

4. Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 100€.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above, then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will replace it at no additional cost.
